I got my partial dentures yesterday. They feel tight. Are partial dentures supposed to be tight?

Please consult your dentist in person with your concerns. Adjustments may be required.
It is often that partial dentures feel tight at first. Within two weeks they will feel much better. If they feel tight after a week or so, go back to your dentist and he will be able to adjust them. By then You will know exactly the area that is still tight.
Partial dentures can be tight in beginning and after a week it must be evaluated for sore spots and tightness again! if after a week your partial denture still feels tight necessary adjustments will be done by your dentist!
