“Bowel movement?”
I have had diarrhea twice in the past hour and a half, the first time it looked a tiny bit red the second time it was a decent amount in and around the stool also in the toilet water. I have high anxiety and would like some relief on this. I had red velvet boba tea today but I don’t quite think it would cause it to be like this.

This appears infectious and usually from a source a bit earlier. If not better please see a professional for possible cultures. The other potential cause is colitis and a gastroenterologist is needed
You may have eaten something that gave you an intestinal infection. This usually passes with time in a day or two. You can try some pepto bismol or imodium.
