“Can I go to a gym with knee arthritis?”
I have knee arthritis. Can I go to a gym with knee arthritis?
1 Answer
Yes. Choosing lower impact exercises will decrease the load on your knees and make your arthritic symptoms. Less problematic during workouts. A stationary bike, elliptical trainer, and swimming or three excellent options. Some resistance training is helpful as well to stabilize the joint secondarily by improving muscle strength. Todd Moore
