I am a 34 year old female. I want to know if I can use Sensodyne if I don't have sensitive teeth?

Depends on what type of sensitivity you have. If your teeth are sensitive for 5 seconds or more, you should see a dentist.
Yes, you can use it. Sensodyne has some extra ingredients than any other toothpaste to help with sensitivity, but it still does the same thing a regular toothpaste will do. Clean the debris and biofilm off of your teeth so that plaque does not accumulate
Sensodyne has fluoride as an active ingredient, and fluoride helps to keep the teeth strong. Therefore, you can use it without having sensitivity.

Yes, you can use Sensodyne toothpaste, even if your teeth are not sensitive. It will not harm your teeth, nor make them sensitive.

Yes, you can.
Sure. Why not? It's toothpaste, with a flavoring agent for breath, and the worst it will do is prevent any possible future sensitivity. And, if you consider lightening your teeth, it'll prevent them from becoming sensitive.
