Can a pap smear w swab help indicate what these are on my labia majora?

I've had these bumps for a year now and I cant pinpoint what they are, they dont cause me any pain nor burning or stinging, they dont itch, Even urine doesn't cause any issues but when I touch them they seem to have mild irritation and after a shower it just has very mild inflammation because i switch between bar soap and body wash for sensitive skin when I wash my private area. I refrained from shaving to act as a protective layer to see if it will help but nothing is helping, at times it seems to shrink. I am just trying to find out what it is. I have 1 sexual partner but he hasn't had any of these bumps and its been a full year with the same sexual partner. So it doesn't spread I am acne prone and had eczema in my past and I have been self conscious and afraid to go to the doctors because of fear of needles and wondering what it is and what actions may be taken and if a pap smear with a swab can help with a accurate diagnosis and prescribe the right ointment or pills to apply to these bumps and help clear them...I enlarged the photo but they are way smaller than the #2 pencil eraser or mechanical pencil eraser.. Please help Thank You

A GYN exam and PAP smear would definitely be the best thing to do to try to get you an answer and a solution.
