A small chip can easily be fixed. The real issue is why it chipped. If it resulted from grinding your teeth, then the repair will probably fail unless you protect the tooth.
Hello There,
Yes, most chipped tooth could be fixed easily by your dentist, even with out the use of anesthesia. However, how "small" is small?! Your dentist will determine then provide an appropriate treatment for you. Try to avoid using the chipped tooth as much as you can to prevent further damage while you are waiting to see your dentist. Good luck!

Absolutely, However depending on the size and location it may not stay on very well. Your dentist will decide if it is fillable or if you can smooth it off.
Yes. The sooner you get fixed, the better. If not, the chip will continue to get bigger with time.
