Acupuncture is well known for its high efficacy rate. In my clinical experience with over 12k patients, roughly 91% efficacy, with relieving spinal pain; one of the reasons ~90% medical doctor referral of acupuncture in integrative clinics such as the one I worked at in Los Angeles, CA. These are based off journal articles. Online this was the best study found: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamainternalmedicine/fullarticle/409858#:~:text=The%20proportion%20of%20responders%20(at,in%20the%20waiting%20list%20group .

A lot is going to depend on why you're experiencing spinal pain. If you haven't done so already, go to your primary care and at least have some x-rays taken. Depending on what the x-rays do or don't show, an MRI might also be in the cards.
If the imaging doesn't provide a concrete diagnosis or the imaging does provide a diagnosis but conventional medicine doesn't offer much in terms of a resolution to the issue then, yes, acupuncture can often help.
