After you had an assessment that your arrhythmia is low risk you can exercise
There are many types of arrhythmias. I don’t know what you have. However, most can be controlled and the patient can exercise. Consult your doctor.
The term "arrhythmia" is a generic term in cardiology and can refer to many different types of rhythm disturbance. Most are benign and have no restrictions while others are more serious. I cannot answer your question without knowing what type of "arrhythmia" you have. You should also ask your cardiologist whom i assume knows you well.
