Can you wear contacts with chronic dry eye?

I have chronic dry eye. Can you wear contacts with chronic dry eye?

Usually, but only once the dry eye is successfully treated. It's necessary to know what's causing the dry eye in order to treat it. Just putting tears in is not a solution for a dry eye problem. It’s difficult , since contacts tend dot make eyes dryer . However , there are some brands that are better designed for dry eyes . Also , take them out every night and try daily disposable lenses
