“Do I have a UTI?”
So last week I started having a burning sensation when I pee and I pee a lot during the night my bladder is never empty. Sometimes I will even pee a little but feel the urge come back after I get done.

Yes UTI can present this way. So you need to see your doctor and drop off a urine sample to ensure you don't have an infection.
