Do I have an STD?

I am 16 and have never been sexually active with a partner. I have a small hard lump just under the skin of the scrotum that has been there for 3+ months. It is near the top of the scrotum, just under the penile shaft. I at first thought it was an ingrown hair or pimple but it is not going away. It is a red/whitish color but is not painful unless probed. Wondering if this is an STD, infection, or other? (I do shave the area) Also wondering what treatment would be?

I am also wondering if any of these could have connections to a recent lower sex drive because I have been experiencing that as well.

It is likely an ingrown hair from shaving. No correlation with lower libido. Antibiotic ointment may help and/or warm compresses.
It is most likely a sebaceous cyst, which is not sexually transmitted. and can be removed. It should have no bearing on your sex drive. However, a diagnosis can't be made without looking at it. See a doctor.
What you have is folliculitis from shaving down there. This is very common. Treatment is typically warm compresses and antibiotics or excision if the antibiotics don’t work. This has nothing to do with a low sex drive.

Sounds like you have a skin sebaceous cyst, no STD. Please just visit your local dermatologist or urologist.
