“Do I need stitches?”
I accidentally cut myself with a sharp knife 3 days ago. I thought it would heal but am questioning if I should go get stitches?

Three days post injury is too late for stitches - you will just have to keep the wound clean and dry and let it heal by secondary intention.
it’s a good idea to get it checked out if it’s too deep, it needs stitches.

You should see your PCP and make sure you up to date with Tdap vaccine
