Thank you for asking such a good questions! Teeth will get straignten up after the Invsalign treatment. However, you need to wear the retainers at night time pretty much for the rest of you life in order to keep your teeth in a straight position. Otherwise, your teeth will relapse ( i.e. shift and move ) again.

Yes they do, provided you wear your retainers to bed. Wear them for a lifetime in order to keep your teeth in the proper position.
