What pain medication is ok to take while on Xarelto and blood pressure medicines? I have an injured hip.

Tylenol is the only over the counter medication that is safe with blood thinner medications. NSAIDs such as ibuprofen (Advil), Aleve, aspirin, etc. are not considered safe with blood thinners.
Tylenol is okay, but keep the total dose below 2000mg/day. If the pain does not respond well to it, consider Ultram and discuss with your doctor. Anti-inflammatories can put you at a significant risk of bleeding, so suggest you avoid them.
