Hi. I have been getting really itchy bumps on my stomach for the past two or three weeks and now it is spreading to my legs. And I have had diarrhea for the past few days but that might be my lactose intolerance. But I saw online it could be a sign of HIV. So I’m really scared.

There are multiple causes for rash and diarrhea including medications, inflammation as well as viral illnesses

You should be scared about HIV only if you have engaged in risky behavior like unprotected sex or IV drug use.
The diarrhea is probably not related to the rash. See someone about the rash first.
