If all this is recent then please consult ENT specialist and can determine it’s cause
Proper evaluation by your nose and throat physician with audiometry to pursue the symptoms of the ear fullness and tinnitus would be recommended.
I would visit an Ear-Nose- Throat doctor for an evaluation and treatment. It sounds like an Eustachian tube issue.
I recommend you see your primary care physician or audiologist for an evaluation of the ear canal. Your symptoms could be due to something as simple as ear wax buildup. This can usually be handled quickly in the office. If the ear canal is clear, the next step is testing for middle ear issues, such as fluid or infection behind the ear drum. This test is can be performed in an audiologist's office. If a middle ear problem is identified, medical treatment may be needed. If testing rules out a middle ear problem, a full hearing evaluation would be necessary.
We recommend scheduling an appointment for a full hearing evaluation with an audiologist.

That's very difficult to answer without knowing more information and examining you. Definitely start by seeing an otolaryngologist and audiologist during the same visit. This comprehensive evaluation will help pinpoint the cause of this issue and a remedy. Best of luck!
Can you go see your primary care? I'd start there and/or go see an audiologist for a hearing exam.
