“Hematology specialist? ”
Can a hematology specialist explain this? We did a CBC blood test on my 11 month old baby girl and the result was NEUT.abs =0.1 k/ul and NEUTROPHILS abs-DIF= 0.00K/ul. We did it twice on two days and the same result. We have an appointment with a hematology specialist after 3 weeks but I can't wait? Is this dangerous? No pain no fever with the baby?

If the baby is black, could be normal for the child. Viral infection could cause low wbc.
