How are the bones adjusted for sports injuries?

I am a 20 year old male. I want to know how are the bones adjusted for sports injuries?

Not sure what you are asking but at 20 your bones are adult and respond to injuries in the usual way. Sports injuries are just like other injuries but seen more comonly in athletes
Not sure I understand your question. Traditionally the bones do not move/adjust as a result of playing sports unless there is an injury to Norco ligament/tendon/muscle or fracture. Sports/exercise is very helpful for strengthening of the bones.
This depends on the mechanism of injury and muscular involvement. I recommend going to a Sports Chiropractor as this is their specialty.
Bones are never adjusted. Joints are adjusted. Joints should be adjusted after sports injuries, but how soon after depends on the type of injury. Your chiropractor should take a good history and do a thorough exam (and possibly order imaging) to determine the correct diagnosis and prepare an appropriate treatment plan.
I do not know where you may have heard ‘bones are adjusted.’ Bones are never ‘adjusted.’ Joints may have physiologic and non-physiologic motions applied to them but bones are NEVER ‘adjusted.’
