I have bad eye floaters. How do you deal with bad eye floaters?

Floaters can be very annoying and visually debilitating in some instances. In most cases floaters are tolerated well and will become less noticeable over time as the brain adapts. However, there are few cases in which a laser can be used to break up the floater. Patients can also have the vitreous, the substance that fills the inside of the eye, replaced with clear fluid. This procedure is called a vitrectomy.
Floaters are typically just monitored over time. Very large, dense, disruptive floaters can be treated with laser.
