About 3 weeks of doing the exercises 100 times daily.
Depends on age and level of health. 6-12 weeks.

The important thing is not especially the time but restoration of full range of motion. It can take 2-8 weeks. Strength will come with use and time.
The average time patients need physical therapy is 3 months (twice weekly).
