How long does it take to get full range of motion after foot surgery?

The prognosis would be dependent on the part of the foot where the surgery was performed, the type of surgery needed and the pre-existing conditions you had prior to the surgery. Typically, on an average basis optimal range of motion or full range of motion may be attained by 12 weeks with a proper PT intervention.
That depends on the surgery, and the goal why the surgery was (or will be) done. That is an excellent question to ask your foot surgeon before any surgery.

It depends on a number of factors. What procedure was performed? What is the quality of the tissue repaired? What structure and/or structures are involved? What is the experience/skill of the surgeon? Are there any other pathologies present? Are there any co-morbidities? Have you been to / or started rehabilitation? Are you seeing a Physical Therapist?
Just to name a few factors.
Depends on the surgery. Typically people will get their motion back around 4-8 weeks after surgery. The more involved surgeries take longer. I try to get people moving out of their splint 1 week after surgery.
