“How long does it take to wake up after a heart transplant?”
I am a 65 year old male and I need a heart transplant. I have massive anxiety about this procedure. What can I do?

Trust in God first and the doctor second, but I think you will be okay if the surgery is done in a well-prepared facility with experience in this field.
Post-operatively your clinician team will make every effort to wake you up & remove the heart lung machine. You need to talk to your PCP and see if there is any medications they can prescribe for your anxiety.
