24 hours minimum
Depends. Example, adjust a baby who has cholic and it may go home and sleep for 6 plus hours. Usually the mom/guardian freaks out bc the baby had never sleep that long before. Back in the day we had Chiropractic Infirmary's like hospitals where people got adjusted 1-17x per day.
One day should be fine
In most cases light easy movement after a Chiropractic adjustment is helpful to reduce soft tissue swelling that can accompany an injury
Good question,

I have heard of chiropractors who do very forceful adjustments to the upper neck, have their patients rest for half an hour after the treatment right there in the office. I spend 30 min doing non-forced adjustments for my patients, so they get nice and rested during my treatments. I suggest they take a short walk to help integrate the beneficial changes we've made. Perhaps your chiropractor could guide you on this question based on their technique.

Try to have at least 2-6 hours break before any heavy workouts in the beginning. That way you get the most out of both activities as well as a better sense of what changes are happening. Going for a walk after having a chiropractic adjustment or other light exercise is welcome
Usually five minutes is plenty.
In general, no rest is necessary following a Chiropractic treatment. Ask your Chiropractor if they recommend that you have rest after your treatments.
