Yes chiropractors work on feet.
Yes chiropractors are trained in extremities performing manipulation of the joints of the foot
Yes. They can help with plantar fasciitis .
Many chiropractors deal with foot issues. Some are skilled to adjust the bones of the foot if they are out of alignment. Some can make orthotics to alleviate foot pain and help with balance. If the chiropractor is unable to help, they can refer you to a podiatrist or orthopedic foot specialist.
Most definitely we treat a wide variety of foot diagnosis. Many times the treatment is short and sweet.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic, we treat foot pain regularly. It would depend on whether the doctor is trained in treating extremity conditions. I would just ask when calling to make an appointment.
You can go to the chiropractor for foot pain. However, some chiropractors do not treat foot pain. Also, there will also be a division among the ones who do treat foot pain. First, it is necessary to determine what is causing the foot pain with an exam. After that, some chiropractors will simple put ultrasound or electrical muscle stimulation or other physical therapy on your foot. Other chiropractors have taken special classes to determine how to set the bones in your feet back in alignment and will not use physical therapy. And other chiropractors will do both: correct the alignment and use physical therapy. Personally, the last choice is my preference and that is what I do for my patients. Find out by asking the office staff prior to making an appointment.
I would recommend seeing a foot doctor for foot pain. A chiro may be able to help, but we do not specialize in feet. Feet are complicated and require an expert in the field of feet to truly help you with your symptoms.
You can go to a Chiropractor to be evaluated to determine if your foot pain is caused by poor posture, hip misalignment or maybe a restriction in your Sacrum or foot. Once evaluated they can tell you if it's a simple adjustment or a more complicated problem requiring a referral to a Podiatrist or pain management.

Absolutely. With a proper examination, history and assessment a Chiropractor is able to help the patient or refer the patient in the right direction to further address the problem. There are multiple avenues that the Doctor can go down for treatment should there not be a medical reason to refer on.
You can certainly go to a chiropractor for foot pain. A good chiropractor will take a detailed history and do a thorough examination to identify the underlying cause of your foot pain and make appropriate recommendations for treatment.

Some do and some don't. Also depends on which state you live in. Some states have chiropractors specialize in spine only. I am in Illinois and I work on feet.
Intense pain may be best addressed by orthopedic doctor to rule out fracture. But if bone spur on heel, try chiropractic before an injection. I saw one foot pain that was diabetic related, one was autoimmune related. So MDs can run blood tests if concerned about those things.
Yes, Chiropractors are licensed to treat all conditions of the muscles and joints of the entire body. I recommend searching for a Chiropractor who uses extremity techniques such as a Sports Chiropractor.
