I'm having a problem getting pregnant?

I had my lap and dye in which my tubes are beaded but the dye is passing and left ovary large in size which means I have PCOS. My periods are regular and my weight is 53 which is normal. On day 15 still, my egg is not rupturing. The Dr prescribed me POZE45 once a day, Progyluton, Pregnovit, and Abocal. Please tell me will these meds work for me to get pregnant faster?

It seems that you are on the right track. With polycystic ovary, it's difficult to get pregnant without help. Your Dr. is trying appropriately. He/she may send you to an infertility physician if you are not pregnant by these treatments.
Stay safe.

Good luck,

I think you are on the right track. IUI may be an option too
PCOS is not a diagnosis based on size of the ovary, it is a hormonal disorder where the cycles are irregular and there is ovarian dysfunction and either hyperandrogenism (elevated testosterone) or polycystic/many small follicles are visible on the ovaries. You were prescribed vitamins and hormones and insulin sensitizing medications. They work on various ways to help PCOS and other health conditions, sometimes cycle regularity may improve but they may not immediately help you ovulate and get pregnant. If you feel unclear as to why your doctor prescribed various medications, the best plan is to go back to your doctor and have a discussion about each medication and why it is used so that you understand. Then, make sure to share with your doctor your primary goal of achieving pregnancy so that he/she is aware of your primary concern.
