If I am taking Xarelto and Sotalol can I take my Viagra also.

I assume you're taking Xarelto as an anticoagulant. I also assume you are taking Sotalol as a blood pressure reducing medication. It is not advisable to introduce Viagra into that mix, but the risk is yours. One thing to consider is that the lower the dose of Viagra, the less the risk.
