I shoot meth and I shot into my stomach it's red like huge and I'm hurting, very nauseated.

Yes, it burns and is harmful. Drink water and juices 12 cups per day for five days. Take Pepcid and Pepto Bismol twice daily for five days. Apply a cold washcloth to the sores.
Wow, it sounds like you are on borrowed time! But I'm sure you know that all addicts are on borrowed time. In your situation, the two most likely possibilities are 1) INFECTION either an ABSCESS which is a collection of PUS under the skin, or CELLULITIS which is an infection of the skin. Both of these will require IMMEDIATE care if you want to live. In your case, I advise going to the local ER ASAP and they will be able to diagnose your condition and offer proper treatment. The 2) possibility is some type of HEMORRHAGE either under the skin or in the muscle. These will usually heal with time(assuming you are healthy enough for your blood to clot and stop the bleeding but it can be very painful and take a LOT of time to heal. But if you happen to survive this acute illness you need to try to get drug rehab! As even if you survive this episode unless you get off of the drugs, this or something worse will inevitably happen again. Good luck!
