Mostly allergy symptoms in allergic people. The musty odor bothers some but is not harmful. In immune-suppressed people, serious infections may occur.
Mold exposure is overrated as a cause of unexplained symptoms and should not be a first option diagnosis until after a very thorough medical evaluation.
This is now a big business and to lawyers and the construction industry, "mold is gold". Beware!
