“My wife’s shoulder”
She has had constant pain in her shoulder and arm for a week now with no know trauma and no relieve from meds. What could it be

Tendinosis of rotator cuff most likely.
Bursitis and tendinitis is a very common cause of non-traumatic Shoulder pain. Please see your orthopedic doctor. Thanks
