“Open draining holes above fupa under belly? ”
What are these draining open holes under my fupa belly? Puss just comes out and I keep cotton balls in between but my stomach is not big anymore to tuck it in. I’m losing weight and now I have this problem. I also have stretch marks now that I’m losing weight. I don’t understand what’s going on. I used to have HS really bad under my arms but I haven’t had any more breakouts since diet and exercise for months. Now my butt breaks out with bumps too but not like HS more like a rash and goes away. Now I got these weird draining holes above my fupa/under my belly. I don’t know what to do, but clean with peroxide & apply Neosporin/Aloe Vera from time to time. Please help me!

It seems as if you are having a hair root infection (check for Diabetes Mellitus) which has now spread to adjoining hair roots.
Continue to lose the weight, don't worry about the stretch marks and try seeing a Doctor for some medications to clear this infection. It could be a recurrent HS.
