But I’ve been drinking wine but been feeling nodges in my stomach and been having pregnancy symptoms. Nausea, fatigue, sore breast, body aches, sickness, throwing up water.

PCOS symptoms can be similar to pregnancy symptoms. It would be best to get your hormones checked and evaluate the state of the PCOS.
To be certain I would recommend an evaluation with a gynecologist. If you are not planning to be pregnant then I would recommend discussing options for prevention. If you are trying to conceive then they should be able to evaluate you and see what the status of your PCOS is and assist you in your endeavor.
