No, It is not necessary to stretch before your chiropractic adjustment.
It's not necessary. The best time to stretch is after exercise.
No need to stretch before seeing a chiropractor.
Depends on the current state of your condition. This is where a thorough exam and any necessary X-ray analysis comes in handy as a tool to give the doctor a deeper understanding of the injury.
Ask your chiropractor.
No need to
You can, but it is not necessary.
It is certainly OK to stretch before seeing a chiropractor, but it is not necessary. Regular stretching is helpful to relieve tight muscles.
It is not necessary.
At our office, it is not necessary to stretch before you come to see us. We often pair exercises that we think will give the best results along with their treatment.
Gentle stretching before any activity, including Chiropractic is a good idea. After a treatment I recommend refraining from exercise for at least 4 hours.
Depending on the chiropractor, they may stretch you at the visit. At my office, we combine muscle work, range of motion, stretches, physical therapy, and adjustment for optimal improvement and pain relief!

Stretching is always a good thing to do before any activity. Sometimes being more flexible and not as stiff can allow for really good movement when a chiropractor manipulates your joints. Increased range of motion is always a good thing.
Good morning! Stretching is a great tool to help loosen up your body. It’s a good idea to see the chiropractor first and let him/her advise on what stretches you should do, especially if you are hurting. This can help avoid any exacerbation of pain.
No, it is not necessary to stretch before working with a chiropractic physician. The best chiropractic physicians will perform a manual therapy such as massage prior to a chiropractic adjustment to achieve the best clinical outcomes. After the adjustment, your DC should recommend specific home exercises to extend the benefits of in-office treatments. This is the standard of care in my practice.

It shouldn't matter.
Stretching is a good idea before a Chiropractic visit, although it is not required.
Hi. Not only when before seeing a Chiropractor but before getting up, during the day and before going to sleep.
A new patient should see the Doctor first. Ongoing patients I have on instruction for stretching base on their condition.
