“Tired and Dry eyes?”
Hi, I am a software developer and I use a laptop for 9-10 hours a day. I have recently rechecked my eyesight and changed the glasses, but I still face dry and tired eyes when I see the screen. I used tears drops but it didn't make any difference. I think my eye muscles are weak. What medication/injection should I use? Can I use methylcobalamin injection?

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
There is no evidence anything will help your condition so your best bet is to try different tear solutions and most importantly rest your eyes frequently.
