It depends. If you are myopic (nearsighted), then now, you can probably read without glasses, but you need glasses to drive. If you have a typical myopic LASIK procedure, you will probably be able to drive without glasses, but you will need reading glasses for the rest of your life to see anything well within arms length. Before signing up for the surgery, be sure that you will be happy with this outcome.
It is possible that you will need reading glasses in the next several years. This depends on several factors including astigmatism and your preoperative prescription and any regression that may occur following the surgery. As well as whether or not they leave one eye a little nearsighted for reading.

You should not need distance glasses. You will likely need reading glasses in your early 40s. SO
It depends on the target refraction. If you are set to full distance correction in both eyes, then you will most likely need reading glasses within a few years. One way to delay the need for reading glasses is to leave one eye slightly myopic (near-sighted). You should discuss this with your LASIK surgeon before treatment.

You may need reading glasses because of presbyopia that starts soon after age forty
