“Voice change while sick with a cold?”
For the last several days I've had a cold. The cold has been a constant dry cough. Along with a sore throat that has gone away. Now I also have some post nasal drip. With all of this, I and others are noticing my voice is sounding very different. It isn't hoarse or gone. However, it sounds at a different pitch.

Worst case COVID - but possible infection in sinuses causing symptoms .
Get a Covid test.
