OB-GYN(Obstetrician-Gynecologist)|GynecologyOB-GYNYou definitely have enough reasons to consider a hysterectomy and for it to be covered by insurance. Many reasons we do hysterectomies are for abnormal bleeding, fibroids, and pain. There are contraceptive options (like IUD's) than can help with bleeding and pain until you go through menopause as well. Many women stop having symptoms after menopause. A hysterectomy is a common and safe procedure, has risks just like any other surgery but definitely an option for you.
Hope this helps!
