Acupuncture can be helpful in resetting your body's nervous system, and I'd also suggest visiting your MD for a consult and potential blood work to check for varying hormone/vitamin levels that could impact fatigue as well
"Body acupuncture for 4 weeks in addition to usual care may help improve fatigue in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and idiopathic chronic fatigue (ICF) patients." Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4515016/
The is a great question. More and more people are suffering from it.
The cause of it usually is a list of energetic blocks that when cleared,
you have access to your energy and the tiredness disappear after a while.

For chronic tiredness I would probably use acupuncture, massage and herbs (maybe King herbs) to improve your energy levels. I will need to see you in person for an evaluation.
You will need to see your acupuncturist to determine the cause and treatment of your fatigue. Treatments may include acupuncture and herbs.
Potentially, a few things. Diet and exercise have a pretty good track record in improving chronic fatigue. It might be worthwhile to have some food allergy testing done - I've had a few cases where removing food items causing sensitivity made a dramatic improvement to fatigue cases.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine have a pretty good track record in this space. You're going to want to make sure you're seeing an actual licensed acupuncturist rather than someone providing "acupuncture like" services under the scope of some other license. Go to NCCAOM.org and use their "Find a Practitioner" link.
Conventional medicine can sometimes help, particularly if the fatigue is the result of long term symptoms from some other infection (like COVID or Lyme). Blood tests would the the initial step here to see if the original pathogen can be identified.
