My dog has a high fever. What could be the cause? What should I do?

Infection is often the cause of a high fever (whether it's bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic, etc). I would recommend taking your dog to their primary care doctor, so they can perform bloodwork and any other steps to diagnose the cause of fever.
