“What could this pain be?”
I’ve been feeling like the room has been spinning and my head has been feeling congested for a few weeks. I wonder what it could be?

You should see your doctor when having these situations. A reply on this medium does not do justice to your condition. Have an ENT physician help you make sense of this illness. Vertigo can be due to inner ear disorders, URTI, Cardiovascular, lipid disorders....
The combination of nasal congestion and a spinning sensation (vertigo), usually indicates an inner ear problem. Treating the nasal congestion with an over-the-counter medication is a typical first step, and an appointment with your family doctor after that if you are not better.
Sounds like a stress reaction with a tension headache. You need to find someone like me that can fix that.
