I am a 33 year old female. I want to know what is the best exercise for shoulder pain?

There are many different exercises for shoulder pain, it just depends on the location of the pain and what causes it. If you look up "broomstick stretches" you'll find some great ones you can do from home but your best bet is getting checked out by a local doc first!
There are many options to exercise a shoulder. It is important to start slowly and allow your shoulder to let you know if you have overdone it. I like therabands (elastic tubes or flats). You can see many videos on youtube. They come in different strengths are color-coded. Begin with the alight band, generally yellow. All the best!
