1. Spectacles
2. Contact lenses
3. Medications and eye doors for children.
4. Laser vision correction in stable myopia.
For adults: glasses, contact lenses, LASIK/PRK or ICL may all be valid modes of correction. For children, myopia control is a highly effective way to manage myopia.
Lasik is the most effective surgical treatment for myopia although clear lens extraction with intraocular lens implant, piggyback intraocular lens, photorefractive keratotomy and radial keratotomy have been used. Non surgical spectacles, contact lenses and atrpinization of children are also possible.
This is not a simple question to answer. Easiest is to wear contacts or glasses. If you ar asking about prevention, or Myopia control, there are 3 main ways Atropine drops, Orthokeratology, and or soft multifocal lenses, or myopia control eyeglasses, in the form of progressive or high add. Each of these has plusses and minuses. The most important things are to make sure that there is at least equal outside time to screen time.

Myopia is treated with glasses, contact lenses or refractive surgery.
