I was diagnosed with PTSD and want to take antidepressants. Which antidepressant is best for PTSD?

Hard to say. Therapy is an essential part of treatment for PTSD.
The two SSRIs currently FDA approved for treating PTSD are sertraline (Zoloft) and paroxetine (Paxil)
There is no best antidepressant for PTSD. Everyone is different and you will need a thorough assessment with a psychiatrist to determine what is best for you.
