Paint on urination in your age group is consistent with either a prostate infection or a urinary tract infection or possibly even a sexually transmittable disease. A properly trained urologist will be able to diagnose and treat this easily.
There are many reasons to have painful urination. You will need urinalysis and urine culture for a start. Follow up with your primary care physician or urologist.
