“Why do I have left arm pain?”
I can't raise my arms. It starts at the left shoulder down around to elbow. It goes around my shoulder.

You may have arthritis and/or shoulder joint degeneration or it may be a pinched nerve root from your cervical spine. This may be causing pain and weakness. See your primary to have further evaluation and referral to an Orthopedic or Neurologist, depending on the preliminary assessment. Even at your young age and good condition, we are faced with wear and tear. Some a little sooner, others a bit later.
