I am a 28 year old female. I want to know if liposuction will flatten my stomach?

Liposuction will remove fat that is under the skin. The way a person's abdomen looks like is dependent on a few different things. One is the amount of fat under the skin. This is the "pinchable" fat. But there is also fat inside your abdominal cavity around your organs which can cause people to have a "rounded" look to their abdomen. Liposuction will no change that. Only exercise and healthy diet can do that. Another factor to the look of ones stomach is how strong ones abdominal muscles are. If they are not tone then they will allow your abdomen to look round and liposuction will no change that.
Liposuction may remove some. Fatty deposit, however, if you have extra skin or loose skin, you may require a tummy tuck. Would be best to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to find out your options.
Liposuction may be an option for you if you have fat that has been resistant to diet and exercise. That is the first concern. Liposuction can contour the body, and especially with laser, can improve skin tightening.
