“Is there any medication that can help me relieve menstrual pain?”
I usually take OTC medication to ease my pain from menstrual cramps, but they really do nothing for me. Are there any prescriptions that can help me with my cramps? What would you recommend?

I will advise you to use OCPs and see your ob/gyn. It can be simple ovulatory pain or endometriosis.
