My recent ultrasound showed that I have a huge baby. Will it cause any issues in my delivery?

Make sure you do not have Gestational DM and also sometimes, if the baby is big, you may end up in a C-section. So, make sure you should have a thorough discussion with your ob/gyn about mode of delivery.
Maybe, if it exceeds 4000 grams to 4500 grams, depending on your diabetic status.
Possibly yes. You may need a C-section. Your gynecologist will advise you.
