Can a 10 year old have Claritin?

My son is 10 years old and has seasonal allergies. I wonder if a 10 year old can have Claritin?

Yes, a 10-year-old can take Claritin. In fact, anyone above a year can take Claritin.
Yes, It is fine to use Claritin, a common antihistamine, for a child that is 10 years old. The dosage is usually based on weight or age. I would be comfortable using the regularly stated adult dose for this child providing there are no other underlying health or growth issues.
