Can a chiropractor fix uneven hips?

I am a 34 year old female. I want to know if a chiropractor can fix uneven hips?

Most definitely
If your hips are uneven, from some types of neuromusculoskeletal issues, the answer is, most likely. In addition to correcting any related spine or other joint fixations, part of correcting your issue may include custom orthotics if malalignment of your feet is involved, physical therapy for a variety of muscle and nerve causes and specific exercises to strengthen or relax involved muscles. A sound nutrition program, including any necessary weight loss or nutrient support specific to treating the cause of your uneven hips.

The simple answer is "yes," that is very common and most chiropractors do these types of corrections all the time. The correct answer is, "That depends." There are a few (specific and rare) situations/conditions that may not be "correctable," but this would require a more detailed look/examination to determine if yours is a more complicated case.
Generally yes
It all depends upon what the "cause" of the "uneven hips" is! If you have broken one of your legs during your developmental years, and you ended up with a leg length discrepensy, then that type of "uneven hips" can usually be rectified with a heel lift in one of your shoes. If they are "uneven" because one or both of your sacroiliac joints has become "stuck" out of place, then that can usually be rectified by Chiropractic joint manipulation to one or both affected sides to free the affected side to allow for proper joint motion. Also, the uneven hips could be the result of the body's underlying response to a chronic lumbar joint misalignment, whereby the body initially responds with a: localized inflammatory response, and secondly with muscle spasms. It is those muscle spasms that will draw one side of the lower back higher than the other. Therefore, in addition to joint manipulation, the affected muscle (in spasm) needs to be addressed [either with massage and/or Physiological Therapeutics in the the form of: Electrical muscle stimulation. That is the long way to say YES to answer this question.
A simple answer is yes. The more complex answer is, why are your hips uneven? It can be a muscle imbalance, function, or structural short leg, foot pronation (need orthotics). X-rays would be the first thing to use for evaluation.
That depends on the cause of the uneven hips. Do you have an anatomically short leg? Do you have a scoliosis? Do you have an imbalance of pelvic muscles? These are all questions that need to be answered. Your chiropractor should take a good history and do a thorough examination in order to make a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment. Having said that, perhaps a chiropractor can help you if you have uneven hips.
Sometimes.
Chiropractors typically do a great job in the treatment of ‘uneven hips.’
You bet. There can be a number of reasons why your hips may be uneven. Some could be the way you were born such as a short leg. Chiropractors will do an exam and possibly x-rays to help determine the cause. Chiropractors focus on loosening up the tight muscles and strengthening up the weak muscles. That way once they get the hips aligned the hips will hold in place better.
Absolutely. This is something we do every single day.
Yes, this is one of the most common misalignments which Chiropractors treat.
