yes
That depends. The first step is to identify the cause of the pain. A chiropractor should take a good history and do a complete examination, then make appropriate recommendations for treatment. Arm pain could be caused by a neck problem, but it could also be caused by cardiac issues, liver/gallbladder issues, or nerve issues.
Hello, Yes it can help with arm pain, but first you need to have an evaluation to determine why the pain is occurring. Is it Nerve, muscle, or joint related, and from that point a Chiropractor can help create a care plan or steer you in the right direction for the proper care needed.

Hello,

Yes, possibly; you would need an exam/evaluation of history to determine the cause and if you would benefit from chiropractic care. In addition, most arm pain can be attributed to an issue relating to the neck due to the complexity of the nerve structure originating from the neck area. Book an appt. for an exam/evaluation to find out how chiropractic can relieve or change your situation for years to come.
Thank you.
Chiropractic care can most certainly help with arm pain. It is important to determine the root cause of the pain (i.e. is it a nerve problem, muscle problem, joint problem etc.), which would dictate which types of services are rendered however chiropractic has a course of care for all of those problems!
The short answer: Yes. The long answer: The Cervical nerves that leave the neck travel down into the arm. Sometimes the pain comes from the neck ie pinched nerve, sometimes it is an alignment issue, humeral head is misaligned or too far anterior, compressing the brachial Plexus, which would cause arm pain. Sometimes just altering a few things, like, stop sleeping on your stomach, and hugging a pillow while you sleep and using a cervical pillow will alleviate arm pain. If the pain is not coming from the neck, the nerves that supply the arm; the radial, medial, or ulnar nerve can be compressed under the biceps brachii, or the elbow joint can be misaligned (someone that pushes or pulls at work) and the nerves can be irritated as the transverse the bone. In short, getting a focused exam of neck, shoulder, elbow, and wrist can diagnosis what is causing the arm pain, but thoracic outlet syndrome is a rather common cause. So, if you are wondering if a chiropractor can help with arm pain, I see and treat arm pain weekly in my practice and get great results. I hope you don't wait too long to go and get checked out.
Good luck.
Hello 35 yr old male. Yes, chiropractic can help your arm pain as long as it is not broken. If it is broken chiropractic can help after it's healed
It depends on what is the cause. Trust that a Chiropractic physician can perform a thorough exam and determine if your arm pain is caused by pinched nerve or strain of muscle or tendonitis, etc. The one scary thing to rule out first is left arm pain that is vague and could be referral pain from a heart issue. That would be best addressed with urgent care. Any additional symptoms like chest pain or pressure , shortness of breath, sweating, heart beat has changed or even jaw pain can all mean heart trouble, so call 911 with those symptoms.
I’ve helped many patients get relief from arm pain.
Doctors of Chiropractic (DC) are licensed doctors who does diagnosis and either preforms and/or recommends treatment. That includes all areas of the neuromuscular system. The question is what is causing the problem with the area and that requires diagnosis. Diagnosis can't be done without an examination. If the cause is appropriate and responsive to conservative care then Chiropractic care with it's many therapeutic treatments is important and appropriate. Even if the problem has a permanent and/or structural component the treatments may still help, but may not totally eliminate the underlying cause. Don't wait to have the examination, as the sooner the problems is detected and treated the better.
This depends on the cause of your arm pain. Arm pain could be caused from many different things which will be unknown until you receive an examination from a healthcare professional. If you believe the pain is caused from your muscles or joints, contact a Chiropractor first. If you believe the arm pain is coming from your organs, or you have other symptoms of cardiovascular conditions, contact a Medical Doctor first.
